Key responsibility to develop and deliver public procedure designs to countries around the world. Utilize the following responsibilities to support the deployment of procedure designs. Seven weeks of training will be provided to accomplish the following: Responsibilities include: - Maintain a good working knowledge of applicable design criteria, regulatory requirements, standards and processes
- Work with Digital Terrain Models (DTMs), survey obstacle data, and situational and design software
- Perform Land Use Assessments against public procedure designs to determine possible impact on airspace efficient and safe operations
- Work with the Quality Review Board to incorporate technical and operational feedback into public procedure designs
- Manage multiple project deadlines and priorities
Qualifications: - Experience with CAD or other drafting software required
- General computer skills required
- Software experience with MS Office excel
- Strong math skills required such as geometry, trigonometry classes
- Familiar with looking at graphical depictions, road drafting, able to communicate and articulate technical skills set
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline preferred
- Associate degree in an engineering discipline
- CADD technician experience preferred
