| .jpg) | Dan Gerrity Chief Executive Officer, co-founder Dan has extensive experience in building, funding and leading technology-oriented companies. Prior to Naverus he was CEO of publicly-traded Coinstar and a founder of two other technology companies. At Stanford University Dan earned a BS in Electrical Engineering, MS in Computer Systems and a MBA. Dan holds twelve US and international patents.
| | .jpg) | Steve Fulton Chief Technical Officer, co-founder Steve is a pioneer in the design of modern navigation procedures. As a technical pilot at Alaska Airlines he helped them develop the first RNP RNAV procedure in the World. He was a principal author of RNP RNAV criteria contained in Appendix 5 of the FAA’s Advisory Circular 120-29A. Prior to Alaska, Steve was an avionics engineer and development pilot for Honeywell. Steve is a FAA Flight Test Pilot Designated Engineering Representative and earned a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He holds two US patents.
| |  | Hal Andersen Chief Technical Advisor, co-founder Hal is a leading authority on the development, implementation and regulatory approval of air-carrier-based RNP operations. As a technical pilot with Alaska Airlines, he led the process of putting some of the world's first RNP procedures into revenue service, developing flight crew training and procedures as well as the navigation data monitoring program. He contributes expertise to industry standards bodies and rule-making committees and has over 10,000 hours of flight experience in more than 20 types of aircraft. Hal holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University and holds a patent for RNP procedure design processes. | |  | Steve Forte Chief Operating Officer Steve is a 30-year aviation operations veteran with extensive experience leading complex organizations. He was most recently Senior Vice President—Flight Operations for United Airlines. As former Chairman of the IATA Operations Council and the ATA Operations Committee, he has worked closely with airlines, manufacturers and regulators on a variety of industry issues. Steve is also an experienced pilot with over 14,000 hours and is type rated on numerous Boeing and Airbus jets. | |  | Mike Doran Vice President, Systems Mike brings to Naverus over thirty years of experience leading significant software development and information technology infrastructure projects. As the VP of Systems Mike provides strategic direction and management of all information systems and is responsible for making information technology a sustainable competitive advantage for the company. His work experience includes management positions at Coinstar, Inc., Snohomish Public Utility District, and U.S. Bancorp. Mike graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration. | |  |
David Hathaway Vice President, Business Development David recognizes that evaluation, education and communication, are critical to the successful implementation of modern navigation procedures. With over 10,000 hour as a line pilot David has been involved with policy planning and procedure development for both training and standards. Prior to joining Naverus, David held a senior flight technical pilot position as Manager of Operational Performance and Emerging Technologies for WestJet Airlines. Currently, David holds his two little girls as often as possible. | .JPG)
| Becky Todd Vice President, Finance & Administration Becky manages finance, human resources and legal affairs for Naverus. She draws from 15 years of finance and administration experience with dynamic, fast-growing companies. One of the first twelve employees at Naverus, she helped to build the corporate infrastructure and financial systems. Becky holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Emphasis on Finance and Accounting degree from the University of Washington.

| Elbert Stockberger Vice President, Project & Portfolio Management Elbert brings more than 20 years of program management experience to his role as Vice President of Project and Portfolio Management. He supports the senior management team by providing accurate information and more effective processes and fosters company-wide competency in project, program and portfolio management. Elbert leads the Project Management Office at Naverus, overseeing the provision of project management services to the entire company. Prior to joining Naverus, he was a Senior Project Manager at Coinstar for more than ten years, contributing to a tenfold expansion of that company¹s staff and capabilities. Elbert received a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2003. | | |
