| jetBlue Airways is a low cost airline serving 33 cities around the US and the Caribbean with its fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft and Embrarer 190 aircraft. Naverus designed an engine-out departure for jetBlue at Burbank that provided millions of dollars in benefits by substantially increasing (approximately 5,500 lbs) the useable payload. Not only does this allow jetBlue to carry more revenue passengers, it reduces re-fueling stops on flights to JFK and enables service to new locations. |
